Every appointment is intentional, personalized, and rooted in education, care, and consistency.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we value the time and care dedicated to each guest at Myca Mack Beauty. Because of this, we respectfully ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens and appointments occasionally need to be adjusted. When changes are made less than 24-hours before the scheduled appointment, we are often unable to fill that time, even with guests on our waitlist. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount. A client will be considered a no-show if they do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment start time. The appointment will be automatically canceled. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.
